Systemic Constellation work according to the teachings of Bert Hellinger, has been part of my life for almost two decades. Many moons ago, a friend of mine brought me to my first seminar, seminars with a special phenomenen, not easy to explain.

At that time, my own personal need was great: I had no contact to my family, grieving about all I had lost, rage and anger about all that “MY FAMILY” had done to me. In order to lock up my pain,

I went through life with an air of superiority and arrogance, my then young son on my hand, whose father, my first husband had died, when Alan, my son was only five years old and I a mere 30.

Today I try to live, act as I have learned according to the teachings of Systemic Family Constellation by Bert Hellinger. It takes time, quite a long time, to free oneself somewhat of the rucksacks we carry from our own individual family systems, to free ourselves and to cut through the read thread, which runs through every one of our lives, and in that way to reach personal freedom and self responsibility.

This FEELING CANNOT BE PAID FOR! What great fortune that this way of working with one another exists.
